BrainFlow is an email assistant that helps teams manage professional conversations. The service works by simply CC'ing a dedicated email address on email threads. BrainFlow analyzes these conversations to suggest reply drafts, flag potential contradictions with prior commitments, and answer team questions based on the history of exchanges.
BrainFlow is designed as a human assistance tool. It does not replace user judgment and does not make any autonomous decisions. BrainFlow never sends emails to external contacts. All alerts, draft suggestions, and question responses are sent exclusively to registered team members.
The user remains solely responsible for the content of emails they send. Each user is responsible for verifying the accuracy of information before transmitting it to a third party. BrainFlow AI cannot be held liable for any error, omission, or contradiction not detected by the service.
Access to the service requires creating an account and subscribing to a plan. The user guarantees the accuracy of information provided during registration. Each team member must be explicitly registered to receive communications from BrainFlow. No external emails are contacted by the service.
Current pricing is available on the pricing page. Payments are processed via Stripe. Users have a 30-day refund right from the date of subscription, allowing a full refund of the first billing period without justification. After this period, users may cancel their subscription at any time from their account or by emailing hello@brain-flow.ai. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are issued for partial periods.
All elements comprising the BrainFlow service (trademarks, software, interfaces, graphics, text) are the exclusive property of BrainFlow AI. Any unauthorized reproduction, representation, or exploitation is prohibited.
BrainFlow AI commits to implementing appropriate technical measures to ensure service availability and security. Due to the assistance nature of the service, BrainFlow AI cannot be held liable for:
In any event, BrainFlow AI's liability is strictly limited to the total amount paid by the user in the twelve months preceding the claim.
These terms apply for the entire duration of service use. Upon termination, user data is automatically deleted within 30 days, in accordance with the privacy policy.
These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the parties will seek an amicable solution before any legal action. Failing an amicable settlement within 60 days, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts of Paris.
